Pastor Marc Day (D.Min., M.Div.) leads Gatetree in reaching Danville, the Tri-Valley and East Bay with the message of Jesus Christ. In 2012 Marc and his wife Lydia returned to the U.S. from Brazil where Marc was the pastor of the International Baptist Church of Brasilia. Prior to serving the church in Brazil, he was on staff as Associate Pastor at a church in Kansas. In addition to having lived internationally in Brazil, Marc and Lydia have ministered and lived on the mission field in Kenya where Marc taught biblical peacemaking in local villages.

Pastor Marc earned the Doctor of Ministry and Master of Divinity degrees at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City and is a graduate of the University of Kansas.
